The LEGO® Star Wars set 5000063 is an exclusive promotional set from 2012 featuring the rare TC-14 minifigure. TC-14 is based on the protocol droid from Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, who welcomes Jedi emissaries on behalf of the Trade Federation at the start of the movie.
